These Terms & Conditions set out the rules for buying from Hillside House Honey. By placing an order through our website, you agree to these terms.
1. Who we are
We are Beemans Hot Honey, a small independent honey business based in the UK. We sell honey and related products online and ship within the UK.
2. Ordering from us
When you place an order through our website, you will receive an email confirming we have received it. A contract is formed when we accept your order and process payment.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if:

3. Prices and payment
All prices are shown in GBP and include VAT (where applicable).
Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering.
We accept secure online payments via our payment provider. We do not store any payment card details.
4. Shipping and delivery
We currently ship within the UK only.
Delivery costs and timescales are shown at checkout.
We aim to dispatch orders promptly, but delivery times may vary depending on courier services.
5. Subscriptions
If you sign up for a subscription, your chosen products will be delivered at the agreed intervals.
You can pause, change, or cancel your subscription at any time via your account or by contacting us.
6. Returns and refunds
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
For hygiene and food safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened food products unless they are faulty.
7. Customer accounts
You can create an account to view past orders, manage subscriptions, and update your details.
It is your responsibility to keep your login details safe.
8. Our products
As our honey is a natural product, its colour, flavour, and texture may vary between batches.
We make every effort to display product images and descriptions accurately but cannot guarantee exact matches.
9. Limitation of liability
We are not liable for any loss or damage caused by using our products in a way not intended or recommended.
Nothing in these terms excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
