This gold medal winning Hot honey is a blend of the Aleppo chilli. A chilli that does a bit of heat and this burgundy chilli famous in middle eastern cuisine it blends perfectly with the lime blossom honey its infused with.  This goes with anything but drizzled over grilled halloumi this is a great favourite. This is a perfectly balance hot honey.
